The hotel was okay overall. The rooms were adequate and had a balcony, which was convenient for us as smokers, but they were just average in size and the bathroom was a bit small. The service was mixed; while some staff were friendly and helpful, there was indifference towards complaints. The location was cozy and attractive, close to the center, but the SPA area was crowded. The dining experience was okay with a decent selection of foods. Overall, an average stay with some ups and downs.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and warm rooms, but with some issues regarding the air conditioner airflow and noise coming from the kitchen below. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the lovely and efficient ladies Milena and Ani. The location was convenient, although with some drawbacks related to parking. The dining options were decent but nothing extraordinary.
